Marcy Sutherland (IC alum ‘02) is the Associate Director for PCIM. Marcy is an educator, program strategist, and equity-centered leader with experience spanning K–12 education, higher education, nonprofit leadership, and community development. From classroom teaching and instructional coaching to managing national programs and community partnerships, her work is grounded in collaboration, relationship-building, and social impact.
