“Home is Here” explores the life of Dolores, an undocumented farmworker in Upstate New York, as she talks about her experiences, her struggles, and the work she is doing to help others in situations similar to hers.
The 26-minute documentary broadcasted Wednesday, October 7 at 7 p.m. WXXI-WORLD in Rochester, NY. The film was made by Ithaca College Documentary Studies and Production major Julien Sobel ‘22 in the class “Nonfiction Production” led by Professor John D. Scott along with Ithaca College students Benjamin DiNoia, Riley Brunner, and Sean Miller.
